Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Period

You may apply for a return or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive the product.

This policy applies to the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Credit Card

  • PayPal

Return Shipping Fee:

If the return is not due to a product quality issue, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
If the return is due to product defects or shipping errors, the return shipping cost will be covered by the company.

2. Return Process

Step 1: Submit a Request
Please contact our customer service via email within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the following information:

  • Delivery address

  • Contact phone number

  • Email address

  • Product name

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Order number (can be found in the order confirmation email)

Step 2: Review & Instructions
After receiving your request, we will review the information and provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.

Step 3: Return the Product
Please return the product according to the following requirements:

  • Use a trackable shipping method

  • Ensure the product and original packaging are intact and unused

  • Properly protect fragile items and mark them accordingly

  • Include order information or receipt inside the package

  • Do not return items without prior confirmation

Step 4: Processing
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will arrange:

  • A refund
    or

  • An exchange

3. Non-Returnable Cases

Return or exchange requests may not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Requests submitted beyond the return period

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or affect resale

  • Incomplete products, accessories, or packaging

  • Incorrect specification or size selection due to personal reasons

  • Significant discrepancies between order information and actual delivery details (not caused by the platform)

Note: Final eligibility for return or exchange is subject to review.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If the product has quality issues or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide clear photos or relevant descriptions.

After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Free replacement
    or

  • Full refund

The return shipping cost in such cases will be covered by the company.

5. Order Cancellation & Modification

Once an order is confirmed, it enters the processing system:

  • Orders generally cannot be directly canceled or modified

  • If you wish to change product specifications or styles, we recommend returning the item after delivery and placing a new order

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be completed upon delivery.

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate when placing the order to avoid delivery failure or delays.
