We currently ship to the following European countries/regions:

Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Austria, Italy, Croatia, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, and Germany.

Note:
In some countries or regions, additional customs fees may apply depending on local regulations. If applicable, such fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

2. Processing & Shipping Time

Order processing and delivery times are as follows:

  • Order processing time: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)

  • Shipping time: 5–8 business days

  • Estimated total delivery time: 5–13 business days (varies depending on destination)

The above timeframes are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery time.

3. Shipping Method & Carrier

  • Shipping fee: Free shipping

  • Carriers: UPS / FedEx or equivalent international logistics providers

  • Order tracking:

    • A tracking number will be provided after shipment

    • Tracking information may take 48–72 hours to update

    • If tracking is unavailable or not updated, please contact customer service for assistance

4. Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather or natural disasters

  • International logistics congestion or peak seasons

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Carrier operational changes or force majeure events

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us via email and we will assist in tracking with the logistics provider.

5. Order Cancellation & Changes

  • Before shipment: Orders may be canceled or shipping details may be modified

  • After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled or changed

If a customer refuses a shipped order, the package will be returned and processed as a return. Shipping costs (if applicable) may be deducted before issuing a refund.
