Limited Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

All products are covered by a 12-month limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, applicable only to quality issues caused by manufacturing defects.

During the warranty period, if a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, the company will provide repair or replacement services based on the actual situation.

The warranty does not cover, including but not limited to:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use (such as scratches, fading, etc.)

  • Damage caused by impact, dropping, or human factors

  • Corrosion or damage caused by environmental conditions

  • Unauthorized modifications or structural alterations (such as drilling or welding)

  • Damage caused by water or liquid exposure

Complimentary accessories are not covered under this warranty.

2. Battery Warranty

Battery products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty (pro-rated).

During the warranty period, if the battery is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, the company will provide repair or replacement services. The warranty period for repaired or replaced batteries will continue from the original purchase date and will not be reset.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the battery warranty does not provide cash refunds.

The following situations are not covered under the battery warranty:

  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, or improper storage

  • Exposure to liquids, chemicals, moisture, or extreme environments (such as sand, high temperatures, etc.)

  • Unauthorized disassembly or modification

  • Cosmetic damage (such as scratches or dents that are not manufacturing defects)

  • Issues caused by the use of non-official or incompatible accessories

  • Failure to install, use, or maintain the product according to instructions

  • Damage caused by external factors (such as fire, flood, lightning, or power issues)

  • Use of incompatible chargers or improper charging practices

  • Broken seals or signs of tampering

  • Use of the battery in non-designated devices

3. Eligible Users

This warranty applies to the original purchaser who purchased the product through the company’s official channels and becomes effective from the date of purchase.

The warranty may be transferred to a new product owner if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is still within the warranty period (within 12 months)

  • The new owner can provide the original order information and the original purchaser’s name

4. Warranty Claims

To request warranty service, please follow the steps below:

  1. Submit a request via customer service email and provide:

    • Valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

    • Photos or videos showing the product issue

  2. It is recommended to contact customer service in advance for initial communication to confirm the nature of the issue and the appropriate solution.

  3. All warranty claims must be submitted within 12 months from the date of purchase; late requests may not be accepted.

5. Shipping Damage

If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide clear photos or videos as evidence.

After verification, the company will provide an appropriate replacement or solution.

Note:
Minor cosmetic issues (such as scratches) on complimentary accessories caused during shipping are generally not eligible for separate replacement or compensation.
